If you have a loss to a covered auto or its equipment you should promptly:

• Notify the police if the covered auto or any of its equipment is stolen.
• Contact us or your insurance carrier with How, When and Where the accident or loss occurred. You may file the claim by downloading a copy of a MV104 located  below and faxing it to us or by calling our Claims Dept. on 516-766-3513 ext. 102.
• Take reasonable steps to protect the covered auto from further damage.
• Keep a record of your expenses for consideration in the settlement of the claim.
• Assume no obligation, make no payment or incur no expense without the consent of your insurance carrier.
• Immediately send us copies of any demand, notice, summons or legal paper received concerning the claim or suit.
