J.A. Faccibene & Associates, Inc. (J.A.F.) is a General Insurance Agency founded in 1986 by three partners with common goals in mind. Our goals were to provide asset protection solutions and unparallel personal service at sensible premiums. Joseph A. Faccibene, Jr. - President of J.A.F. & Associates, a graduate of St. Johns University, has over 20 years experience in the field of insurance. Joseph began his career as a legislative assistant in the New York State Assembly, followed by a challenging position with American International Group. Joseph’s diverse experiences have given him perspective and knowledge from both sides of the industry. His knowledge and integrity is the bedrock, on which this agency was founded. His reputation for detail is instrumental in developing the products and services, on which our clients rely.
Michael C. Faccibene - Vice President of Operations, a graduate of Texas A&M Maritime division, has over 20 years experience in managing the agency and servicing our clients. Michael has designed and implementing cutting edge customer service procedures which enable us to sustain one of the industries highest retention ratios, while providing service unparalleled in the industry.
Peter J. Faccibene - Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a graduate of New York University, has over 15 years experience in the field of insurance. He is responsible for the growth of the agency and has developed invaluable relationships with our carriers. He has designed national insurance programs, which have enabled our specialty clients to purchase the most affordable and broadest coverage available.
John Torres - Director of Operations, a graduate of Dowling College started his career managing operations in the restaurant business before moving on to earning his Series "6" license in the Life and Health field with John Hancock. John later joined J. A. Faccibene & Associates as a Property & Casualty Producer. Due to his wide range of expertise John was given the oppourtunity to manager the agency and was instrumental in launching the partnership between JAF and United Benefit Solutions, LLC. John currently functions as the Director of Operations overseeing the day to day operations of both agencies.
